• After the root canal treatment is decided, the dentist uses local anesthesia to numb the area near the tooth. In some cases, anesthesia may not be necessary because the dental nerve dies. In general, it is preferred to numb the area for the patient's relief and for the smooth implementation of the procedure.
• During the treatment, it is necessary to keep that area dry and free of saliva. For this reason, it places a waterproof rubber layer around the tooth.
